This was tough because most of the 11 MOTW episodes of Season 2 were average at best.

*Technically this is a mythology-category episode as it deals with government experimentation and cover-up, but since it's outcome doesn't affect the series arc, I'm counting it with the best of the MOTW episodes. Tony Shalhoub is fantastic in it.
** As stated in the "Thoughts" section of the Season 2 Episode Guide, this is one of the more notoriously panned episodes (but for unfair reasons, in my humble opinion), but I enjoy some trashy pulp vampire sleaze. What can I say?
